Our Company

Ready Estates is a Dallas-Fort Worth home buying business owned by Kunjar Bhaduri. Kunjar lives in the metroplex, manages rental property here, and buys houses across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The business exists for a specific kind of sale: a house that is hard to sell the ordinary way, or an owner whose timeline matters more than squeezing out the last dollar of price. Often it is an inherited house full of belongings. Sometimes it is a rental whose tenants have stopped paying. Sometimes the house needs a roof and a foundation repair before any lender will touch it, or it has a foreclosure date on the calendar.

How we work

When you contact Ready Estates, you talk to Kunjar directly. He makes the offer and signs the contract, and closings run through a licensed Texas title company. Offers are explained with the math shown, and if listing with an agent would serve you better, he will tell you that on the first call.

What we are not

Ready Estates is a real estate investment business. We are not real estate agents or brokers, and we do not list homes for sale or represent buyers and sellers. We are not affiliated with any government agency, lender, or nonprofit. We buy houses for our own account, to renovate, hold as rentals, or resell after repairs.

A note from the owner

I am a new buyer, and I would rather say that plainly than dress the business up. Ready Estates has no closings yet. Here is exactly how I will prove funds and close through a title company on your house.

Before you sign anything, I will show you proof of funds in my own name, redacted and dated within 30 days. The contract names me as the buyer and cannot be assigned. The earnest money goes to the title company you choose, and you receive the receipt. They are the steps I will follow on the first closing and on every one after it.

One name, everywhere

The buyer name, phone number, and email below are the same ones on our contracts and at the title company. The email runs on the domain of North Texas Capital Investments, Kunjar's investment company, because that is where the real estate business mail lives. The business name in the address and the name of the buying business differ for that reason, and both reach the same person.
